What will stop me getting a Love2shop voucher?
Love2shop vouchers are only available to new customers who apply directly through us via our website or over the phone.
If you open a plan via a cashback website, you will not be eligible to receive a Love2shop voucher code.
If you receive an incentive off any third party, you will not receive a Love2shop voucher.
If you cancel your savings plan within 30 days of opening your plan with us, or before you pay your first premium or initial lump sum, you will not receive a voucher code.
Finally, if you open a plan through an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or other third-party adviser then you will not be eligible to receive a Love2shop voucher code.

Why have I not received a Love2shop voucher yet?
To be eligible for a Love2shop voucher, you must have paid your first premium or initial lump sum, and had the plan open for at least 30 days . Once we can see that you’ve met our terms and conditions, your voucher code will be sent to you via email. This can take a couple of weeks, so please do allow some time for your voucher code to arrive.
If you have still not received your voucher code after this time, please contact our Member Services team and we can look into this for you.

I’ve received my voucher, but it’s not as much as I was expecting.
The value of the voucher code you receive will depend on the plan you have applied for and the amount you are paying as a monthly premium, or as an initial lump sum, into that plan. Please see our terms and conditions which shows how much you should have received depending on your premium or lump sum.
If you still feel like you have not received the correct amount, please contact our Member Services team and we’ll be happy to investigate further for you.

How will I receive my Love2shop voucher?
Please make sure that we have a valid and up to date email address for you, so your voucher can be sent to the right place.
If you have opened a savings plan, your voucher code will be sent to you by Love2shop via email once we have confirmed that you have paid your first premium or initial lump sum and that the plan has been open for at least 30 days. This email will also include instructions on how to use your voucher code.
If you encounter any issues with redeeming your voucher code, please contact Love2shop directly. You will be able to find their contact details in the same email that you receive your voucher code.
As of 17th January 2024, Shepherds Friendly are no longer offering a Love2shop voucher for the Stocks and Shares ISA and Junior ISA.
