We’re always looking for updates from our members on how we’re doing so we can make sure that there’s nothing we’re missing, or anything that we could be doing better. When you take out a plan with us you’ll get the chance to give your thoughts and opinions in our member satisfaction survey. As part of our commitment to mutuality, we also give our members the chance to give us feedback at focus groups, and to influence key corporate decisions at our AGM.
