As a mutual society, we are driven by our culture and values. As we believe in doing the right thing, we are committed to promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment for all within the Society. With this in mind, we’re pleased to be signatories of the Mutual Diversity Alliance.
The Mutual Diversity Alliance is a group of organisations who are dedicated to demonstrating best practice, in relation to diversity and inclusion within their businesses and across the finance industry.
This annual report focuses on the activities we are carrying out in support of the Alliance, including the initiatives undertaken to ensure we maintain a culture of diversity and inclusivity.
