What happens next?
To open your plan, we will need to run some basic ID checks, and sometimes we may require you to send some additional information to us. If this is the case, you will receive an email or text message from our approved partner NIVO confirming the next steps.
Once the checks are complete, we will send you an email with your Welcome Pack which includes your plan documents. If you made a card payment during the application process, this is when we will take the funds. If you are paying into your plan via a monthly Direct Debit, your first payment will be taken on the date you specified within your application.
