To be eligible for a Love2shop voucher, you must have paid your first premium or initial lump sum, and had the plan open for at least 30 days . Once we can see that you’ve met our terms and conditions, your voucher code will be sent to you via email. This can take a couple of weeks, so please do allow some time for your voucher code to arrive.
Additionally, when you take out Over 50s Life Insurance with us, you’ll receive a Love2shop voucher code once we have received your sixth premium. This code can be used online at a wide variety of retailers including Amazon, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, iTunes and more.
The value of your voucher code will depend on the plan you have applied for and the amount you are paying as a monthly premium or lump sum into that plan.
As of 17th January 2024, Shepherds Friendly are no longer offering a Love2shop voucher for the Stocks and Shares ISA and Junior ISA.

Important Information
- Love2shop vouchers are not offered for new Income Protection Insurance applications
- If you open a plan via a cashback site you will not be eligible to receive a Love2shop voucher code
- If you receive an incentive off any third party, you will not receive a Love2shop voucher
- To be eligible for a Love2shop voucher on a savings plan, you must have paid your first premium or initial lump sum, and had the plan open for at least 30 days
- If you cancel your savings plan within 30 days of your application or before you pay your first premium or lump sum, you will not receive a voucher code
- If you open a plan through an IFA or other adviser then you will not be eligible to receive a Love2shop voucher code
- If you withdraw money from your Stocks and Shares ISA within 30 days of your application, you will not receive a voucher code
- If you reduce your monthly premium within 30 days, you will not receive a voucher code
- This offer is only available to new members. If you have currently, or have previously held a Shepherds Friendly plan you will not receive a voucher code
- You will only receive a voucher code if you leave a valid email address
- Instructions on how to use your voucher code will be sent to you in your email when you receive the code
- Love2shop e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months, and will expire after this. If you’re unsure if your voucher is still valid, please email [email protected] or check the email that delivered your e-gift card to confirm your expiry date.
