Each year we give details of our annual financial performance to our members at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
We release these details ahead of our AGM. The reports and accounts allow all of our members to monitor the financial performance of the Society, as well as highlighting important information within each of the following areas:

Historic Reports and Accounts
The directors are responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the corporate and financial information on the Society’s website. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the preparation and dissemination of financial statements may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.
Solvency and Financial Condition report
The rules of Solvency II, which became effective as of 1st January 2016, requires us to publish an annual Solvency and Financial Condition report (SFCR) at the end of each financial year. We use Solvency II to calculate our capital requirements.
