As noted in the email you received from us on 2nd July 2024, DeadHappy is no longer operating which means they won’t be managing your insurance policy and we, as the insurer, will look after this going forward.

We understand that there has been a lot of change recently which can lead to questions and concerns, so this page is designed to provide you with all the information on who we are, what we do and how to manage your policy with us.

When it comes to your insurance policy, we’ve always been in the background as the insurer, but going forward we’ll take a more active role in managing it.

We want to assure you that, unless you tell us otherwise, your cover remains in place, the terms and conditions of your policy remain the same, all valid claims will be paid and we’ll do everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible.

You will soon receive an email from us to see if there’s anything we need you to do, and then we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: We will not be able to make any changes to your policy, fulfill any policy documents requests or change the details we hold on record for you until we have formally taken over the management of all DeadHappy policies which will be no later than 15th July 2024.
