How to download the Shepherds Friendly App
Introducing our new app, designed with our members in mind to make managing your investments simpler than ever.
Instant access to your savings, biometric log-in, investment insights… Once you’ve downloaded and logged into the app, you’ll have all this and more at your fingertips.
Our app isn’t featured on the App Store or Google Play just yet, as this is part of the next stage of our launch. For now, you can easily get started with the following instructions.
How to Download the App
- On your smartphone, go to the app webpage here
(If you’re using an iPhone, please use the Safari browser)
- Click the menu icon on your browser & select ‘add to your home screen’ or ‘download app’
- Log into the app with your Shepherds Friendly login details
As this is the first release of our app, we would be grateful for any feedback you have to help us to improve your experience with us. You can let us know what you think by leaving feedback in the app via the button in the bottom right corner.

How do I register for the app?
If you already have a registered account with our online portal, you won’t need to register again, and can login with the same details.

Why is the app not available in the App Store or the Google Play App Store?
Our app is currently in the development stage, and we’re keen to hear from some of our members and see what we can improve before we make it available to a wider audience.

Which plans can I view in the app?
You will be able to see your regular or Sustainable Stocks & Shares ISA or Junior ISA plans in the app. Our other plans are currently unavailable, but we’re working on including more in the future.

What is biometric authentication?
Biometric authentication is a way of ensuring the security of your account, as well as making logging in simple. After your first login, you will be able to set up face or fingerprint recognition, so only you can access your savings, and you won’t have to enter your password every time you log in.

How do I give feedback?
Your feedback is vital in helping us improve our members’ experience, so we encourage everyone who has access to tell us what you think. You can do so by following the link in the app located on the home screen. Alternatively, you can leave your feedback here.

How do update my app when a new version is released?
Any updates will be made automatically, and you can check which version you are currently using in the login and home screens.
