As part of our on-going commitment to customer care, we have recently undertaken independent research to find out how our members felt about the service Shepherds Friendly offers. We’re pleased to report that the results were a positive success in terms of the encouraging feedback we received. The vast majority of those we spoke to felt that our communication with members was clear, easy to understand and relevant to them, while their views on our levels of customer care were so positive that 91% said they would recommend Shepherds Friendly to others.
